A supernatural thriller. A titanic clash between good and evil. An unexpected love story
Jack Bennett has an unusual gift. His coveted ability means he is the FBI’s newest hire, serving as a consultant for their new Paranormal Division.
The government is convinced we are not alone in this world. With invisible forces all around, agencies are seeking how to harness that power for their own uses. The mystery swirling around the unseen and unknown has caused much speculation. Some suppose lost souls are wandering the earth, others believe deceased loved ones never truly moved on, and still, there are those who are convinced that aliens have infiltrated our world.
Jack Bennett knows better. He knows who and what these powers are. The ancient scriptures talk about a great evil that was conceived in the depths of eternity. There, a great war occurred in a place called Heaven. Lucifer, the ancient serpent, the evil dragon of folklore, was cast out and bound to the earth and confined to its surrounding atmosphere.
Could it be that the evil we see is inspired by a dark kingdom, a demonic spiritual force at war with the human race? Could these princes and rulers of darkness be influencing our world today? Jack Bennett knows this is the truth. He knows because he encounters them every day.
Follow Jack Bennett and Frank Lederman as they battle the realm of Hidden Thrones.
This book contains no profanity and no embarrassing sex scenes. However, if you're offended by Christian principles and references to Scripture, this book might not be for you.
Praise for Hidden Thrones:
"Spirit-filled fiction in a political thriller, what a treat!" David Bergsland of Reality Calling.
"This book was great! Action and intrigue right from the beginning and with a bit of romance thrown in."
"I loved this book! It was exciting and thought-provoking."
"What a suspenseful Christian novel this is. It is very much in the category of Frank Peretti's "This Present Darkness" novel."

This book reminds me of early works by Frank Peretti.
Our hero is Jack Bennett--a blogger and sometimes consultant who seems to have special insight into the spiritual realm. When Jack does consult, it is usually with Frank who heads the paranormal unit. Emily, a waitress at their favorite restaurant, serves as Jack's love interest, but at the end of the book, we find that she has secrets of her own.
Through his work with Jack, Frank becomes convinced of the existence of angels and demons and becomes a Christian. We also get to see that there is a plot afoot, though our main characters haven't unraveled that yet.
One thing that did mar the enjoyment for me was that, despite showing as being edited, there were still punctuational/grammatical errors. Most notably was whenever the author wanted to refer to Mr. and Mrs. Oslow (owners of the house featured at the beginning of the book) by their last name. The correct plural would be Oslows (or Oslowes if you prefer adding es rather than just s). Oslow's shows that someone named Oslow owns whatever comes after the word. Oslow's house means 1 Oslow owned the house. To show that the house was owned by more than one Oslow it should be Oslows' or Oslows's (depending on which grammar rules to which you ascribe).

I'd almost given up on the genre. I'm so sick of serial fornicators, torturous, and rage-driven anti-heroes. This one got to me: exciting, action-filled, complex, and compelling. What great fun!
Except, of course, it stopped just as it got interesting. I imagine the worldly might complain a bit. But, for believers, this tale is a joy.
This book pulls in a lot of scriptures to help Believers to be aware of the spiritual warfare exist and we must be ready in season and out of season to fight with the Lord's help and guidance. Though this is a fictional story, this book stirs you to read and mediate on the Word of God. The conflict is real and we must be equipped for the battle ahead.
